1997-2005
8 years of service in command and training. My last position was chief instructor in "Havat Hashomer". In those years I gained the foundation of training and learning, development and skills.

2005-2014
Work in the field of consulting, first in companies (Maagalim, Bahat) and then as a freelancer. For two years during this period I also managed the Niram Gitan Development Center, and did a very wide range of projects in the field of consulting and learning, in a variety of industries (banking and insurance, retail and services, high-tech, manufacturing and factories, public sector). In recent years I have already worked globally, in collaboration with consulting companies in Israel and abroad, and have led amazing projects for huge companies like Toyota.
2014-2019
Director of training and organizational development of ZIM, the Israeli-global shipping company. During these years I was privileged to establish a team, and with it lead a wide-ranging work across the field, for the company's 4,000 employees. Global executive development programs, intensive transition to blended learning solutions, evaluation processes, global employee retention projects, recruitment of new employees, and more and more, including establishment and responsibility for the field of corporate internal communication.
2020
I returned to the field of consulting, with a richer professional toolbox, with deeper insights and vision of the challenges that employ organizations, and with a desire to continue to connect with interesting people and projects!
